Katie has been providing therapeutic care for our families since 2007 and has provided treatment as Primary Therapist at both our inpatient and outpatient facilities. Katie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, with a Dean’s List award. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Community Psychology from Antioch University and is currently in the process of acquiring her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. In addition, she has been trained to provide EMDR treatment, received specialized training in Suicide Prevention from the Didi Hirsch foundation, and volunteered on the Disordered Eating program at CSUN.
Katie brings to our team over 15 years of experience working with dual-diagnosis adults and adolescents, personality disorders, family systems, and trauma-related issues. Katie has worked with clients at both the Residential and Intensive Outpatient facilities, and manages a part-time private practice in Westlake Village.
