Brittany Griggs is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose work is rooted in one core belief: you are not a problem to be fixed. You are a person with incredible capacity, and the work of therapy is unearthing the power already within you.
Brittany earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and brings a decade of clinical experience across residential, outpatient, and virtual settings. Grounded in a humanistic approach, she has advanced training in CBT, DBT, and behavior management strategies, weaving all three evidence-based approaches together to fit the actual lives of the teens and families she works with.
At Visions, Brittany has worked with adolescents in the individual therapist role, and her work has since grown into the family therapist role, where she helps bridge connection and fosters healing within families.
Brittany’s clinical style is warm, attuned, and collaborative. She shows up as a teammate, with the clinical experience to guide families through what feels heavy and the warmth to make it feel safe. She sees her positive spirit and kind heart as clinical tools in their own right. Clients describe her work as practical, grounded, and genuinely hopeful, even on the hardest days.
In her free time, you can catch her with her two littles and partner, getting outside, or making time for self-care.
