Sandra Shahrokh AMFT #126665

Sandra Shahrokh (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #126665. Sandra works with children, teens, and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, substance use, adult children of alcoholics/ dysfunctional families, and relational issues.

Sandra considers her approach as collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental. She has received training in Exposure and Response Prevention, DBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and is completing a Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems through the IFS institute. Sandra believes in being her client’s cheerleader as they begin exposure work. She also is passionate about increasing self compassion for the parts of you you might view as bad. Therapy doesn’t always have to be painful, it can contain moments of joy and bring immense awareness. With that comes a huge sigh of relief.

She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in spiritual and depth psychology.

In her free time Sandra enjoys salsa dancing and hiking with her daughter, partner, and dog Jackson.
