John Lieberman is a nationally recognized expert in adolescent treatment, intervention, and family dynamics. He has traveled internationally evaluating adolescent treatment centers and presented at numerous addiction and mental health industry conferences. For over 30 years John has guided families through one of their most turbulent times with respect, compassion, and kindness.
Mr. Lieberman currently serves as the Administrative Director for Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers. Widely regarded as a pioneer in the field, Visions continues to provide innovative and evidence-based treatment since first opening its doors. Mr. Lieberman joined Visions in 2002, creating the initial building blocks to ensure Visions became the preeminent provider of adolescent treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders it is today.
Beginning his illustrious career in 1985, Mr. Lieberman has held virtually every position in the field of addiction treatment. Starting out as a Program Aide, he has also served as Floor Supervisor, Youth Counselor, Crisis Counselor, Intervention Specialist, and Director of National Outreach for two high-profile treatment facilities. Charismatic and tenacious, Mr. Lieberman remains down-to-earth and accessible, continually demonstrating what it means to be truly humble and gracious no matter what he takes on.
John is a husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Camarillo, California, with their two overindulged weiner dogs.
