Hannah Van Den Thillart is a dedicated counselor at Visions, bringing a blend of empathy, mindfulness, and therapeutic expertise to her role. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) at the Chicago School in Los Angeles, Hannah completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Loyola Marymount University.

Specializing in mindfulness and meditation therapy, Hannah’s work at Visions revolves around serving as a group facilitator and individual counselor within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). She integrates her mindfulness and meditation training into her sessions, guiding adolescents to stay grounded in the present moment and cultivate inner peace.

Hannah’s passion for working with teens stems from her own transformative experience at Visions. Having witnessed firsthand the profound impact of teen treatment on individuals and families, Hannah is motivated to provide the same life-changing opportunities to other teens seeking support and growth.

Outside of her counseling duties, Hannah finds solace and joy in meditation practices, which she incorporates into her daily life. Additionally, she shares a deep connection with horses and spends her free time riding and nurturing that bond. Looking ahead, Hannah is dedicated to completing her PsyD and continuing to make meaningful contributions in the mental health field. Her commitment to mindfulness, empathy, and holistic healing shines through in her professional endeavors and personal pursuits, making a positive difference in the lives of adolescents and their families at Visions.
