Shellie Lesser is a Management Accountant and CPA with over 20 years of progressive growth in a wide array of industries. Shellie started her career in accounting with the St Louis Cardinals, where she held various positions including Payroll Manager, Senior Budget Manager, and Director of Budgeting and Forecasting. Her time with the Cardinals was instrumental in the foundation of her career as it afforded her a wide range of experience in the areas of finance, accounting and HR. Shellie went on to work as an Accounting Manager with a Fortune 500 finance team where she gained experience with internal auditing and large scale business transformation before moving on to work with small to medium size companies in various leadership roles.
Working in various industries and company sizes has culminated in the ability to build strong back office infrastructure, processes and teams. Shellie is passionate about conceptualizing ways to save time and energy. She welcomes the opportunity to find solutions and overcome roadblocks. Shellie came to Visions in the summer of 2020, and is excited to be working with such a dynamic and spirited leadership team who is consistently looking for ways to provide superior service to families.
In her spare time, Shellie loves to spend time running, hiking, gardening and soaking up the California sun. She is a lover of yoga and pilates and will never say no to an outdoor adventure.
