Sasha Brodsky is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who recently relocated to Los Angeles. Sasha received her BA in Psychology from Boston University. She worked in the music industry for a few years before she “tripped, fell, and ended up exactly where she was supposed to be.” Sasha received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and has been involved in addiction and mental health treatment for the past decade. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adolescents and adults, but her passion is with teens. Sasha trained heavily in narrative therapy and loves to help people change their stories.

Sasha is an East Coast girl living in a West Coast world. She grew up in NYC, DC, and then Boston before relocating to California. She loves music (especially 1990s lo-fi indie rock, and most importantly, the band Pavement) and has played the guitar since the age of 12. She loves yoga, urban hiking across Los Angeles, and coffee. The most essential thing you need to know about Sasha is that she is obsessed with dinosaurs.
