Georgina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Tourism Management from California State University of Northridge. During her time there, she discovered her passion for community relations, working with diverse populations, and building relationships with those around her. In college, Georgina was a Resident Advisor for three years, as well as a selected student leader, where she facilitated the connection between the university and the students. In her time at CSUN, she developed her strengths in human relations, networking, and outreach. In 2015, she started at Visions as a Program Aide then quickly found her way into the Outreach Coordinator position by the end of 2017. In this role, she has become the liaison between Visions and the recovery community. Georgina also assists in the Young Adult and Adolescent Collective, spearheaded annually by Visions, for mental health professionals around the country. She is inspired by Visions’ commitment to their families and is grateful to have the opportunity to grow professionally in the #Vteam family.

When she is not in the office, you can find Georgina in the cheese aisle at Trader Joe’s planning her next charcuterie board or hanging out with her two dogs, Pablo and Styke.
