“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.” -Helen Keller
Blake grew up in Newport Beach, California, and has been living in Los Angeles since 2011. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University with a BA in Psychology. Following graduation, she shifted gears and began working toward applying to school to become a Physician Assistant. After working in a doctor’s office for 3 years, she felt a strong desire to work in a place where she could exercise her original love of psychology.
Blake is an Educator at the Visions Day School. She draws on personal experiences and a passion for helping others to connect with the students. She prides herself on being relatable, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. She believes in the importance of building up the confidence of each student academically as well as in other areas of life.
When Blake is not at work, you can find her at concerts, comedy shows, pilates or yoga, or cuddling with her cat, Bear. She loves anything spiritual, true crime podcasts, and spending time with her family in Newport Beach and will pass up almost anything to watch movies while eating Dominos at home with friends (and Bear).
