Mr. Lieberman serves as Administrative Director and is an integral part of the fabric that makes up Visions. He joined in 2002, creating the initial building blocks to ensure Visions became the preeminent provider of adolescent treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders it is today.

John is a nationally recognized expert in adolescent treatment, intervention, and family dynamics. He has traveled internationally evaluating adolescent treatment centers and presented at numerous addiction and mental health industry conferences. For over 30 years he has guided families through one of the most turbulent times with respect, compassion, and kindness.

Beginning his career in 1985, Mr. Lierberman has held virtually every position in the field of addiction treatment.  Starting out as a Program Aid, he has also served as Floor Supervisor, Youth Counselor, Crisis Counselor, Intervention Specialist, and Director of National Outreach for two high-profile treatment facilities.

John is a husband, father and grandfather. He and his wife Cindy live in Camarillo, California with their two overindulged Wiener dogs.
